1. NSOAF ™ IPP(ISOPROPYL PALMITATE)
(1) Characteristics and Scope of Application:
As a small molecule high polarity oil, NSOAF ™ IPP has a dual role as a skin penetrant and lipophilic active substance solvent in the field of personal care. It can help fat soluble active ingredients such as vitamin E and plant essential oils penetrate deep into the skin, and is easily absorbed by the skin. It moisturizes the skin without producing a sticky feeling. In the pharmaceutical field, it can be used as a solvent for local drug formulations to help stabilize and disperse drug ingredients and penetrate to the affected area.
The appearance of the product is colorless and transparent liquid at 25 ℃, with characteristic odor, which is suitable for many kinds of scenes: in personal care, it is widely used in sunscreen, foundation make-up, antiperspirant, which can not only improve the texture and ductility of the product, but also improve the permeability of active ingredients. In local pharmaceutical preparations, it is suitable for cream, gel and other external products.
(2) Physical and chemical properties:
Basic characteristics: colorless and transparent liquid at 25 ℃, with a characteristic light odor and no abnormal odors, meeting the standard requirements.
Key indicators:
Chromaticity (APHA): The standard is ≤ 30, and the batch test value on September 4, 2025 is 10, far below the limit value. The color is pure and has no adverse effects on the appearance of the product.
Acid value (mgKOH/g): The standard is ≤ 0.5, and the test value for this batch is 0.1. A low acid value indicates high purity of the raw material, good hydrolysis stability, and can reduce the risk of skin irritation.
Saponification value (mgKOH/g): standard 188-191, detection value 189, within the standard range, ensuring stable oil structure.
Ester content (%): standard ≥ 99, detection value 99.5, high purity ensures stable efficacy.
Density (20 ℃, g/cm ³): standard 0.848-0.853, detection value 0.851, suitable for conventional formula density requirements.
Solubility: Water soluble raw materials that are easy to disperse in water-based or oil-based formulations.
Storage stability: Under sealed storage at room temperature and away from light, the shelf life is 2 years. The storage temperature should be ≤ 30 ℃ and moisture-proof. If the temperature is higher than 45 ℃, it will melt, but the performance will remain unchanged after returning to room temperature.
(3) Safety and compliance performance:
Toxicity and Irritation: Low acute toxicity, almost non-toxic when ingested or inhaled once, but irritating to the skin and eyes. When operating, it is necessary to wear chemical resistant safety gloves that comply with EN374 standards and frame type goggles that comply with EN166 standards. After operation, wash hands. If skin contact occurs, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
Ecological safety: Harmful to aquatic organisms, cannot be discharged into drainage ditches, surface water systems, or groundwater systems.

2. NSOAF ™ 2EHS(ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE)
(1) Characteristics and Scope of Application:
2EHS has good spreading and fluidity, which can bring a dry and smooth skin feeling when applied. It also has excellent thixotropy and smoothness, which can significantly improve skin texture and touch. It can help mix incompatible oily and water-based ingredients to form a stable emulsion system, improve product stability, and have good permeability. When used in combination with
Glyceryl oleate, it can further enhance skin moisture and non stickiness.
In the field of personal care, it is commonly used as emollient and humectant, and suitable for sunscreen, lotion, face cream and other products. The recommended addition amount of resident cosmetics is 31.93%, 71.65% of rinsing cosmetics, and 1-5% of conventional cosmetics can achieve skin feeling optimization and system stability. In sunscreen products, it can improve the dispersion uniformity of sunscreen, and in moisturizing lotion, it can work with other ingredients to enhance the skin moisturizing effect, especially suitable for thin skin care products in summer.

Ester content (%): standard ≥ 99, detection value 99.5, high purity ensures stable efficacy.
Density (20 ℃, g/cm ³): standard 0.850-0.860, detection value 0.858, suitable for most formula density requirements.
Solubility: Water soluble raw materials, easy to disperse in various formulations, no need for complex pretreatment, and have good compatibility when compounded with surfactants such as
Coco glucoside.
Storage stability: Store at room temperature, away from light and sealed. Store at a temperature ≤ 30 ℃, moisture-proof. If the temperature is higher than 45 ℃, it will melt. After returning to room temperature, the performance remains unchanged, and long-term storage will not cause delamination or viscosity reduction problems.

3. NSOAF ™ PTIS(PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRAISOSTEARATE)
(1) Characteristics and Scope of Application:
As a high molecular weight synthetic ester oil, PTIS has excellent moldability and can form a uniform protective film on the surface of the skin or hair; Highly waterproof can enhance the product's sweat and water resistance, making it suitable for sun protection, outdoor skincare, and other scenarios. Excellent dispersion of color materials can make the color of foundation make-up, powder blusher and other cosmetics more uniform, while giving the product good gloss and enhancing the appearance texture. In addition, its good adhesion and sealing properties can reduce the loss of water through skin in skin care products. When it is used with Glycol dispersion to create pearlescent face cream, it can also make the pearlescent effect more delicate and even.
The appearance of the product is a yellowish transparent liquid at 25 ℃, with characteristic odor. The recommended amount of resident cosmetics is up to 53%, and the recommended amount of conventional products is 1% -5%. It is suitable for skin care products (cream, lotion, essence), shampoo products (shampoo, conditioner), cosmetics products (foundation make-up, powder blusher) and other categories.

Iodine value (g/100g): The standard is ≤ 2, and the detection value is usually ≤ 1, indicating that the degree of unsaturation of the raw material is low, the oxidation stability is good, and the product is not easily deteriorated due to oxidation.
Acid value (mgKOH/g): The standard is ≤ 5, and the detection value is usually ≤ 3. A low acid value indicates high purity of the raw material, good hydrolysis stability, and can reduce potential irritation to the skin.
Solubility: Water soluble raw material, easy to disperse in water-based formulations, suitable for most beauty product formulations.
Storage stability: Under sealed storage at room temperature and away from light, the product has a shelf life of up to 2 years. It is stored at a temperature of ≤ 30 ℃ and is moisture-proof. When the temperature is higher than 45 ℃, it will melt, but there will be no expected changes in the product's technical specifications after melting. After returning to room temperature, the performance is stable.
