Polyglycerol-3 diisostearate is an oil-in-water auxiliary emulsifier, which is a non-ionic type, derived from plants, does not contain PEG ingredients and is biodegradable.It looks like a yellow liquid and can be well matched with many oil-in-water emulsifiers, such as waterproof sunscreens and those commonly used in anhydrous cosmetics.In addition to making the lotion more stable, it can also make the skin feel smooth and moisturized.
