OILREE ® The INCI name of MY OV-20 is OLETH-20, which is a multifunctional nonionic emulsifier synthesized from oil alcohol and ethylene oxide. It looks like a white to yellow paste, with a soft texture and even luster. The key advantage of this emulsifier is its good balance of hydrophilic and oleophilic properties, which can efficiently create a stable water in oil system by combining oil and water phases. It melts smoothly and mildly, so it is commonly used in face cream, lotion and cleaning emulsions. It can gently emulsify various ingredients without compromising the stability and texture of the product.

In cosmetic formulas, OLETH-20 not only helps to build a stable formula structure, but also optimizes the skin feel during use. It can make the emulsified system more uniform, and the active ingredients are easier to spread out, resulting in a silky feeling when applied to the skin. Its molecular structure is designed to be flexible and can be friendly with various types of surfactants. When formulators use it to make products, they can easily produce products with stable viscosity and no easy deterioration even after prolonged use. During processing, OLETH-20 can smoothly blend into the oil phase and remain stable whether emulsified by heating or at room temperature. Even with repeated heating, there will be no delamination or oxidation. Its packaging is 50 kilograms per drum, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place below 30 ℃ to ensure its stable performance.
