Glyceryl Stearate Se Self Emulsifying Smooth-Texture Base CAS NO 85666 92 8
In advanced formula design, OILREE ®  MY6530 is a new type of emulsion material, and its biggest advantage is stability and ease of processing. It is made of optimized fatty alcohol derivatives, with uniform white small particles and a melting point that is just right. When heated, it can smoothly melt into the oil phase without the need for strenuous stirring. Its molecular structure has unique characteristics, with a good balance between hydrophilic and oleophilic properties. Even if the properties of the oil phase change slightly, it can quickly emulsify oil and water. Unlike some traditional emulsifiers that cannot form without auxiliary surfactants, MY6530 can support a stable water in oil structure on its own and maintain the viscosity of the formula, resulting in a full and uniform paste. And it can get along well with esters, vegetable oils, and commonly used adjuvants such as Laureth 7. Products made with it will not easily overturn in texture. These advantages simplify the production process, shorten the emulsification time, and make the finished product look delicate and orderly.

The working mode of MY6530 is also very intuitive: it forms a stable protective shell outside the dispersed oil droplets, which can reduce surface tension and make the oil droplets evenly distributed. In this way, even if the intensity of mixing changes, or the temperature rises and falls, the emulsion can be as stable as Mount Tai. The products it produces will not have a heavy feeling, suitable for the lightweight skincare products that people like now and the body care products they use every day.
 
When used in skin care products, it can make the texture smooth and delicate, with a proper sense of density. face cream and lotion can be applied quickly and evenly, without being sticky at all. Whether it is moisturizing lotion, face cream, sunscreen, or body milk, it can hold. Moreover, its melting point is stable, and it feels refreshing when applied to the skin. Even for formulas used for sensitive skin or minimalist formulas with simple ingredients that avoid complex surfactants, there is no need to worry about irritation when using it.
 
Recommend adding 1% -8% of the recommended amount. It can be used as the main Emulsifier alone, and if you want a fresher and more fluid texture, it's no problem to use it together with some high HLB value adjuvants. It can be paired with many moisturizers, and the formulator can adjust it freely. They can slowly adjust the texture, stability, and processing speed they want.
