Now doing formula research and development, OILREE ®  MY9176 (PEG or PPG-17 or 6 COPOLYMER) belongs to the new generation of polymer skin conditioners, which regulate the texture of modern skincare products - making them look more translucent, feel more delicate when touched, and accurately control that lightweight skin sensation. It is a transparent dilute liquid that can easily blend into both water-based and oil-based formulas, making it suitable for minimalist products that focus on clean appearance and stable performance.

Different from traditional thickeners or heavy smoothing agents, it can reduce the sticky feeling and will not make the product thicken and affect the fluidity. For example, high moisturizing face cream, fast absorbing lotion and gel cream can be used. Its molecular structure is very unique, it is amphiphilic - there are both hydrophilic and lipophilic parts on the polyether chain, and the ratio is precisely adjusted, so it has good compatibility with other components and can be evenly dispersed. Relying on this structural advantage, it can adjust the skin feel, mix the oil and water in the formula more evenly, and make various skincare products smoother to apply. Traditional oil-based additives either create a greasy layer on the skin or improve the texture by increasing viscosity, while MY9176 works in the interface layer of the formula. Simply put, it means adjusting the structure of the oil-water interface, so that there is less resistance and less residue when applying, and the moisturizing power or full skin feeling will not be lost. In this way, the product is smooth to apply, absorbs quickly, and has a delicate skin feel, which perfectly meets the current demand for refreshing and burden free skincare products. It can coexist well with polymer stabilizers such as esters, silicones, vegetable oils, and Sodium acrylate, and even complex and highly active formulas can stably exert their effects.
 
In skincare products, MY9176 is not only responsible for adjusting skin feel. It can also be used as an auxiliary Emulsifier to help disperse the emollients that are easy to volatilize or semi volatilize, optimize the texture, and prevent lotion from becoming thicker and thinner. It is non-ionic. No matter the pH value is between 5-9, its performance is stable. It can work well in the mild surfactant system, cleaning essence and light lotion without affecting foaming.
