OILREE® MY747 (PEG-8 Beeswax) is a naturally modified beeswax derivative, designed for semi-solid emulsions and highly compatible oil phase systems that require a stable structure and a delicate experience.Its appearance is white to slightly yellow particles, and its HLB value is stable at 8.5. It is not only a simple waxy thickener, but also a composite structured Emulsifier, which can effectively enhance the phase cohesion, texture uniformity, and film-forming consistency of creams, ointments, stick-shaped products, and sunscreen formulas.
 
Unlike traditional high-melting-point waxes, those waxes can easily make people feel dragged and dragged when used, or they are stiff and astringent when applied, while MY747 can build a more flexible internal network structure, which can stabilize the shape of the product itself (such as hardness and consistency), but also significantly improve the ductility of the product, and make it smoother to use.In the sunscreen formula, this regular film-forming structure can also help optimize the dispersion effect of ultraviolet filters, thereby improving the SPF sunscreen performance and ensuring the formation of a uniform protective cover on the surface of the skin.If used in combination with texture balancing agents such as Ammonium acrylate copolymer, MY747 can further enhance the long-term viscosity stability of the formula, and it can also effectively improve the “oily sweating” problem that lipsticks and ointments are prone to in high temperature environments.
