OSMFACT ® MY CASD is a structured component composed of a combination of cetearyl alcohol and sodium lauryl sulfate. It appears as white to light yellow granules and is evenly dispersed without clumping. This product is specifically developed to enhance the stability and user experience of cosmetic emulsions, utilizing both the thickening effect of fatty alcohols and the dispersing effect of anionic surfactants to complement each other's performance. Add it to lotion, face cream or cleaning products to form a delicate and smooth system. Even under the common use and storage pressures such as temperature changes, stirring and shock, it can remain stable.
Functional principle
OSMFACT ® The reason why MY CASD has such a good emulsification effect lies in the perfect combination of its hydrophobic and hydrophilic groups. During processing, cetearyl alcohol will strengthen the oil phase and form a semi crystalline support structure to lock the oil drops firmly to prevent stratification. Sodium lauryl sulfate will form a boundary facial mask on the surface of the oil drops, allowing the oil drops to be evenly dispersed in the water phase to ensure complete emulsification. The network structure formed in this way not only makes the product feel soft and comfortable to the touch, but also maintains a stable skin sensation. If used in combination with
